Heinrich Boll Scholarship Selection Process
The selection process is a three staged process :
Stage 1 : Applicants are to submit their applications along with all the required documents and most importantly, personal reference on the applicant’s social commitment. On the basis of their academic qualifications , political interest, and social commitment, the reason for applying for the scholarship and the quality of research project, applications are thoroughly reviewed.
Stage 2 : After a thorough review process, an interview is conducted with the liaison lecturer which could be either telephonic or personal. The selection process is carried out after a careful evaluation of the profiles.
Stage 3 : Chosen applicants will be called for a workshop- Group Discussion and Personal Interview round conducted at Berlin.
Candidates can reapply if they could not clear the first or the second stage. However, those who were rejected in the selection workshop are not allowed to reapply.
